• A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to secure the booking.
• Please transfer the remaining balance two weeks prior to arrival.
• For bookings made within two weeks of arrival, please transfer the full amount at once.

• Check-in from 4 PM (Backpacks can be stored with us for planned summit tours).
• Check-out by 9 AM.
• Beds are assigned on a "first come - first serve" basis!

• Blankets & pillows are provided.
• Sleeping bags, towels, and 80x80cm pillowcases must be brought with you MANDATORY!
• Sleeping bags can be purchased for €30 /
  Pillowcases can be borrowed for €8.

• Quiet hours at the hut start at 10 PM.
• Washrooms & WC: simple but clean.
• No showers, but refreshing cold water is available.
• Breakfast served from 7:00 to 8:30 AM.
• Warm meals until 6 PM (no half board - à la carte).
• Please settle all open bills the evening before going to bed.
• Wi-Fi available.
• Power outlets in the dining area for charging phones during the day.
• Currently, only cash payment is accepted.

In case of a cancellation, please contact us via info@saeulinghaus.com. The cancellation of your booking is always based on the total price of the booking.

• Up to 3 months before arrival: Free cancellation possible.
• Up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price.
• Up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price.
• Within the last week: 90% of the total price.
